How do I return a product sold by Liratech?

The return of products offered by Liratek through the site can be done in several steps:

  1. Fill out the return form at the bottom of this page and make sure the product you want to return meets the return policy.
  2. Choose one of the return options: refund the amount paid or issue a voucher for the purchase of products offered by Liratek, which will be the same value as the returned product.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will send a courier to pick up the product.
If you choose a voucher, it is important that you are familiar with the following:

– The voucher cannot be transferred to another person, but can be used together with other vouchers or promotions;
– Validity: 24 months from the date of sending;

You can return products offered by Liratech in any other way that is convenient for you at the address Sofia, 29 Javaharlal Nehru Blvd., shop 15, by notifying us at email office@liratech.eu  or on the contact numbers on the website. You need to provide us with the details of the shipment.
In this case, the risk of losing or damaging the product during transport is borne entirely by you..

It is recommended that the shipment also contains a copy of the invoice so that the procedure can be processed more easily.

If you have chosen the option to refund the amount paid for the purchase and the product you returned meets the conditions for refund, we will refund the amount according to the method used to pay it to us. In case of cash payments, we recommend that the refund be made to a bank account specified by you. If you paid with a card online, we will refund the corresponding amount on the same card.

What conditions must the product meet?

General return conditions that apply to all categories

The products offered by Liratech can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, regardless of whether you are an individual or a legal entity. For the form to be valid, it must be completed within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.

All returned products must be in the same condition as upon delivery. Products that have been repaired by an unauthorized person or that have been damaged by you, such as damaged or incomplete packaging, with signs of wear or excessive use, with scratches, with traces of shocks (eg, but not limited to -mechanical / electrical shocks ) will not be accepted. Products that are not accompanied by all the accessories with which they were delivered will not be accepted.

You must return the products in the original packaging, accompanied by the intact labels, the original warranty, if issued by the manufacturer / distributor, and all documents with which the product was delivered.

In case the delivered product was accompanied by a gift, when you return the product, you must return the gift as well.

In case you have purchased more than one identical product and want to return two or more of them, only one of these products can be opened. The rest must be sealed. Otherwise they will not be accepted.
